Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact us promptly: Reach out within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp at 8623082787 for the fastest response.
2. Submit your request: Include your order number, the reason for return or exchange, and your unpacking video. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
3. Return shipping (if approved): You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we sent damaged or incorrect items. Please use India Post courier service exclusively for returns. We will reimburse up to ₹100 for return shipping costs.
4. Secure packaging: Return items in their original packaging to the address our team provides.
5. Inspection & resolution: Once we receive and inspect your return to verify it meets our criteria, we will process your request within 5 business days. If the item is available, we’ll ship your replacement. If unavailable, we’ll initiate a refund within 2 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Personal preference:We maintain a strict no-return policy for items you simply don’t prefer or feel differ from your expectations based on photos.
Embellished items:Products featuring beads, sequins, or similar embellishments may naturally shed despite careful handling and shipping. This characteristic is inherent to these materials and is not grounds for return.
Sale items:All sale purchases are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges are available.
International orders:All international payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please consider your purchase carefully.
